I'm through with the lilacs for now. I'll wait until I have some real ones to work from. The table is more prominent now and I tweaked the colors a little bit. Also got the second heron painted, now it needs to sit for about 5 days before I can heat set and wash out the resist to see what I have.
Also worked on a small diptych, each is only 2 1/2 by 3 1/2. They are paper panels I put gesso on to experiment with watercolor on gesso. I really like how it goes on and how easy it is to work with on the gesso. The colors lift very easily, still not back to white with the M. Graham watercolors.
