I don't know why but I am totally exhausted tonight. Both mentally and physicality, good night.
 I received an email yesterday morning with a link to an awesome video of fishing in Panama. I felt so home sick watching it I was almost in tears. Then in the evening the wind was blowing through the apartment lifting the ceiling tiles and letting them fall, just like they did in Patricia's apartment in David when we stayed with her. Once again it had me to the point of tears. Something has to change, I have to change something.
