 I added the earrings to the last set of bracelets I made. The pictures do not do them justice. Still need more practice with my camera and I haven't taken the time to play with it yet. Happy Easter Everyone!

 I dug out my oils, finally. This is from the cover of Kevin MacPhersons book. Not any where near as good as his but I need the practice and I love the colors. It gave me a chance to play in the oils and I managed to get paint on my pants. Should have put on my work pants first.
Great sky practice and I need the practice, haven't played with the oils in a long time. Other then that all I did was play in the kitchen. I made mojo de ajo, I've been out for MONTHS. Made a batch of chimmichurri and a batch of pico de gallo. Can you guess what's for dinner tonight? I have some pork cooking to make pork carnitas for tacos to go with all the sauces. Yummy!  Earrings to match the last batch of bracelets in copper and sterling silver. I'm getting lots of compliments on how these look. Everybody really likes them. I painted that scrap piece of silk finally. The resisted I used had turned bad, turned to liquid. I thought I'd give it a try and just added some more of the good resist to it, didn't work. The paint broke through the resist lines and made a mess. Interesting affect but now I know if the resist has turned to liquid, dump it out. Anyhow I'm still going to mount this on a canvas or board to see what that looks like. Chris is supposedly making me some more frames for the silks but I need a backup plan for these silks in case I can't get the frames. 
 These turned out gorgeous! I especially like the neutrals, they will go with anything. Each one is different, one looks like snake skin, one like marble and one looks like an animal print. AND the sterling silver wire made a huge difference, absolutely beautiful. I'll make a few pairs of earrings with the rest of the sterling wire.
 Five more bracelets ready to put the backing on. These are done in copper and sterling silver. I tried a couple with more neutral colors. They all most look like snake skin.
 This little darling is my granddaughter. I did a picture quilt for her parents for Christmas but forgot to sign it or get a picture of it. Finally got it back today, signed it and here's the picture.   I've added the pendants to the jewelry for sale page. Some are paired with earrings and bracelets. If you are interested in something in a set but want to purchase just that item, let me know. I'm happy to swap sets around or break them up. I'm looking for a source of reasonably priced chains for the pendants and until I find that I'm selling them without chains. Just slide them onto your favorite necklace.
I delivered the photo memory quilt to Carlene today. It made her cry a little, tears of joy. So of coarse I had to well up a little. I can't see someone else cry without jumping right in there with them. I'm glad she liked it, I enjoyed making it for her, sweet lady.
I ordered some sterling silver wire today so I'll soon have the watercolor jewelry available in sterling silver. I am not happy with how the silver craft wire turns out. A few more sales and I'll order the gold wire and get a few done up in gold. Maybe a few neutrals?  Larry's done. It took a little longer then I thought to get to it but went very quickly once I got started. Hope Carlene likes it. I posted the picture I had to work from below.   I added some pictures to the gallery under watercolors and silks. It's getting painfully obvious that I'm going to have to read the manual that came with my camera and learn how to use the color balance. The silks are especially washed out.
