I've been watching my new Don Andrews DVD's and decided I needed to get out my bigger palette and set it up. I don't think I've used this thing in 18 years. You can see the regular palette that I use on the right. Huge difference in size. Anyhow I filled the big one with a bunch on student grade paints that someone gave me years ago. The price on these tube ran from $1.90 to $3.20, that's how old they are. The paints I usually use, M. Graham, run from $7.35 to $13.77 a tube. And of coarse the colors I like are the more expensive ones. But I don't have to use as much paint with the M. Graham's because they are so highly pigmented. It will be good to use up these old paints, less things to pack.
